What kind of place is Selvitelle?

Selvitelle is our home in the hills of Cilento and a small, independent ecolodge with two private studios. It is a place for people who enjoy nature, quiet surroundings and a slower pace.

We are in Contrada Selvitelle, in the countryside near Cicerale, in southern Italy. Our address is:

Is Selvitelle adults-only?

Yes. We welcome guests aged 21 and over. Children and guests under 21 are not accommodated.

What accommodation is available?

We have two independent studios: L’Ulivo and La Quercia. Each has its own character and private outdoor space. You can find details and photographs on the individual studio pages.

Is Selvitelle a hotel or resort?

Selvitelle is a small, personal place with just two studios. You stay independently, with space to enjoy your own rhythm, while we share the land we call home.

How can I check availability and prices?

Use the booking section on our website to select your dates and see the available accommodation and rates. You are also welcome to contact us if you have a question before booking.

Can I book directly with you?

Yes. Selvitelle is also listed on Airbnb and Natuurhuisje. Please check the conditions shown on the platform you use.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Please read the cancellation conditions attached to your chosen rate before confirming your booking. For bookings made through Airbnb or Natuurhuisje, consult the conditions shown with your reservation.

How can I change an existing booking?

For a direct booking, contact us with your booking reference and the change you would like to make. We will check what is possible.

If you booked through Airbnb or Natuurhuisje, please use that platform’s messaging and reservation tools.

Life at Selvitelle

What can I do during my stay?

You can spend time on your terrace, enjoy the surrounding nature or explore Cilento’s villages, countryside and coast. Selvitelle is also a place where doing very little can be part of the pleasure.

Can I join in with life on the land?

Sometimes. Depending on the season and what is happening, there may be an opportunity to join us in the garden, bake bread, share a meal or take part in the olive harvest.

These are occasional invitations rather than a fixed programme. Ask us what might be happening during your stay.

Are there animals at Selvitelle?

Yes, animals are part of life here. If you have an allergy or any concerns about being around animals, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether Selvitelle is suitable for you.

Can you help us discover the area?

We are happy to share suggestions based on your interests, whether you enjoy small villages, walking, local food, archaeological sites or time by the sea.
